As a leader he serves as chief of strategy, planning and operation for SR Hospitality Group and drive innovation initiatives, acquisitions, and corporate finance.
Vivek brings more than 18 years of rewarding experience with noteworthy expertise in real estate’s sales and operations management. He is well versed in all major real estate sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure and retail.
Vheejay Rawatt has served as a member of our board of directors since inception of SR Hospitality. He will oversee ongoing business operations within the company and help in creating business strategy and policies in line with the company’s business goal.
As Director he will also direct, administer and coordinate the operational activities of various business units that include sales, franchise, leasing, hospitality and finance.
Vheejay has over 14 years of progressive experience in the real estate and construction industry working with real estate’s developers firms with whom he has worked across pan India. His area of specialization covers but is not limited to creating business strategies, business expansion and revenue growth for company.
Praveen Kumar , Executive Chef and Principal Consultant of Masala Factory Restaurant. He is highly accomplished and driven culinary professional, a perfectionist, with 25+ years of diverse experience as an executive chef in various resorts and five star restaurants. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead strong culinary teams with a track record of streamlining operations and delivering the highest levels of food quality and hospitality.
Inventive finesse and genuine passion for food cookery and presentation. Broad knowledge of various cuisines. Strong business acumen and expertise in cost reduction and budgeting.
